Spurs down Knicks, 94-87

Kristaps Porzingis dropped some long range bombs in the first half, swishing his first one in this back and forth contest. Rudy Gay was also hot early, finishing with 18 points. The Knicks led 47-41 at halftime, continuing this trend until Gay knocked home two consecutive 3PTers.

Patty Mills got going, knocking in a 3PTer in transition that gave the Spurs control of the lead, then Kyle O'Quinn (13 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks) spur-ned his old team and sparked a 10-0 run in the 4th QTR. San Antonio went on to win the rebound battle, also forcing 15 turnovers by the Knicks.

That's not to say that Enes Kanter did not have a strong game with 27 points and 8 rebounds, but Tim Hardaway Jr shot just 2-11 and Porzingis cooled off with only 12 points. Meanwhile, Kawhi Leonard was unguardable in this game, finishing with 26 points. In the loss, Courtney Lee had 13 points and Emmanuel Mudiay had 14 points with 6 assists.
